Experience and Qualifications:- Good attitude, empathic, kind- Team player with excellent communication skills- Keeping a positive approach towards guests and empowering your team to do the same- Knows ethical business practices- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety standards and procedures- Ability to work late into the evening- Self-motivated and maintains a cool demeanor under instances of high volume- Know the signs of intoxication and procedures to cut-off guest- Must have 1 year ofserving experience in restaurant or bars- Must be at least 21 years old- Be able to work a 6+ hour shift on your feet- Updated on current BASSET and Food Handler’s certificate- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States- Most of all, you genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working!Job- A hybrid postion of a server and a barbckAbout Us- A positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment.- Comprehensive benefits plans for full time employees- Tremendous Growth Opportunities- Over 50 years of combined experience in hospitality from ownershipThe bar is part of Footman Hospitality, which includes Spilt Milk Tavern, Bangers & Lace, Sparrow, Bucktown Pub, Kite String, Emporium, Quality Time, and Bisous.
